MR JEFTA N. TJITEMISA

Qualifications/Experience

Admitted legal practitioner since 1996.
Member of the Law Society of Namibia.
Holds a LLB (Baccalaureus Legum) from the University of the Western Cape.
Holds a Bjuris (Baccalaureus Jurisprudentiae) from the University of the Western Cape.
Holds a Certificate in Bargaining and Negotiating from the University of Cape Town (Graduate School of Business).

Bio

Mr. Tjitemisa holds a B Juris / LLB Degree and is admitted as a legal practitioner in the High Court of Namibia with more than twenty-five (25) years of experience.

He has further gained a vast amount of experience in his former positions as Corporate Legal Advisor and Company Secretary for TransNamib Holdings and the Government Institutions Pension Fund. He possesses remarkable knowledge of Labour law, property law, administrative law, company law and trial advocacy, amongst others.

Bio

Mr. Coetzee holds an LLB degree from the university of the Western Cape and has been an admitted practitioner for more than 25 years.

Having practiced as a public prosecutor and adviser to the office of the Attorney general, and as a Clerk of the Civil Court, he has exceptional skills in criminal matters and civil litigation matters.

CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

MR. VEVANGAUNE TJINDJO

Mr. Tjindjo has been with the Firm for more than 5 years, as an intern, paralegal, and now as a candidate practitioner awaiting his admission. Mr. Tjindjo has a Bachelors Degree in Laws (LLB) Honours and a Diploma in paralegal studies (University of Namibia), and a Certificate in compliance Essentials from the University of Cape Town. He is also an appointed Conciliator.

CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

MS. FABIOLA KATJIVENA

Ms. Katjivena is a well-experienced labour lawyer for having worked for the office of the Labour Commissioner as an Arbitrator from 2007 until September 2021 when she joined the firm. She holds a B-Juris and LLB (Honours) from the University of Namibia and post graduate diploma in law (conciliation and arbitration). Ms Katjivena is currently awaiting her admission.

MR. KENNYBERTH ASHIPALA

Mr. Ashipala joined the firm as a candidate legal practitioner in 2021 and is currently awaiting his admission. He holds an LLB and a diploma in Paralegal studies from the University of Namibia.

MR BRANDON J ORTNER

Diploma In Paralegal studies – University of Namibia
Mr. Ortner joined the firm as a candidate legal practitioner in 2022, and is currently awaiting his admission. He has a Bachelors Degree in Laws (LLB) Honours from the University of the Free State. As a Candidate Legal Practitioner, he assists the lawyers at the firm.

SENIOR LEGAL SECRETARY

ZANE ZAAL

Ms. Zane, has more than 15 years of experience in the industry as a legal secretary and has been with the firm for more than 10 years.

JUNIOR LEGAL SECRETARY

MS. Vicky

Ms. Tjindjo, joined the firm in 2022, as a junior legal secretary. Ms. Tjindjo is currently pursuing her Diploma in Alternative dispute resolution and later plans to abtain her LLB law degree.
